She is an extremely kind, gentle, and responsible nanny. She always follows my directions and preferences with the kids & keeps me informed about how things went while I was away. She consistently communicates with me about scheduling and other matters as needed. She is also creative in making a fun, collaborative atmosphere in which my kids wants to follow her leadership. Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some things that I have done with kids that I have watched in the past is sit down with them and play with their toys with them actively and maybe make up a story together with those toys and act it out. Coloring is also fun, as well as any craft! I love getting to see kids use their imagination in their play so I try to encourage it as much as possible. Any type of game is awesome to do together too! Whenever the weather allows, I love to take the kids outside to play and explore!
