Hi! My name is Hayley. I've been caring for and around children for as long as I can remember but professionally 10+ years. It's something that truly comes naturally to me. I love kids, and I'm known for being patient, creative, and present with them. My priority is to create a safe and trustworthy relationship with both the parents and children.

As a child I had a caretaker and I still remember the memories she made with me. That experience shaped the way I care for children now, I know how lasting and important my time is with them. I want them to feel safe, happy, relaxed, and loved.

In my most recent role, I also served as a house manager, helping with organization, light cleaning, pet care, and transportation. I only parted ways with that family because I moved states, but we still stay in touch. I'm someone who brings steadiness, warmth, and creativity to the home, and I really value building a connection with the kids I care for. I look forward to hearing from you!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a nanny for two young boys aged 10 & 8. My responsibilities included proposing and arranging fun learning games to occupy and engage the kids. Entertaining and occupying the kids through the day. Setting up and arranging the plan and schedule with the parents for the following week and month. I enjoyed so much the time I had with the boys!

I was also a nanny for a young boy aged 3 until he turned 9. My responsibilities included, potty training, and preparing meals for him. I was also responsible for giving him baths and entertaining him through out the day. His favorite games were usually the ones I made up based on his favorite tv show.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am a wonderful swimmer and love to swim with kiddos🏊🏻‍♀️. I am also very creative so I have lots of fun creating games to play with the kids and working on arts and crafts🎨🎲. I am an active person so I enjoy active activities including walks, dancing, and more.🩰⛹🏻‍♂️

The most important part about being a nanny...

Loving the kids and making sure they are safe! I can’t imagine how scary it must be to leave your child in someone else’s hands! That’s why it’s so important to me that the parents know safety is of utmost priority. Second, the kids should feel safe around me and feel all the love from me especially if their parent isn’t around!

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when the child I had been nannying for finally perfected the song he had been learning on the piano. He played it beautifully and I could see how proud of himself he was! He was smiling from ear to ear! ☺️
