What matters to me about being a nanny is helping the parents educate the child on important milestones for all the ages. As well I feel it’s important for consistency of potty training the child and helping around the home while parents are working. My experience with special needs children...

I have a little sister who is ten years younger than me that was diagnosed with autism she helped me learn how to help and educate others with special needs. I also grew a very strong love for helping kids with special needs while learning from my experience that I became a teacher assistant for all four years of high school for the special education class.
