Hiya! My name is Hayley Rose, and I’m a 25-year-old college student looking for a nanny position. I currently work as an RBT and have experience working with children in both one-on-one and classroom settings. Through my work, I’ve gained experience supporting children with different personalities, needs, and abilities, and I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, attentive, encouraging, and dependable.

My experience with children also goes beyond my professional background—I’m one of four siblings, so I’ve been around kids my whole life! I genuinely enjoy being around children and creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves.

A fun fact about me is that I LOVE TO DANCE! 💃 I was previously a dance coach for an elementary school team, and it’s something I’ve always had so much fun doing.
