A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Heather. I grew up always helping in the childcare at our church and working in the youth services as I got older. All throughout high school, I babysat every weekend. I took a semester off in college to travel to Africa to work with children in both primary & secondary schools & serve as a volunteer in their children's orphanage’s. We taught them basic life skills, played sports, and just showed them love. Throughout college and part of my adult life, I nannied for 3 of my nieces and nephews. Just recently I was blessed with having my own son and motherhood is life changing and the best things that has ever happened to me. I just love children. It's always fun to see how their minds work, help them expand what they know and see their excitement when they learn something new. It would be a dream to be able to officially nanny full time again, bring my little one along with me if I am able and raise children into the brilliant adults they're meant to be.
