My name is Heather. I have my BA in Early Childhood Education and have been teaching for 7 years. I have worked in a variety of settings with children ages 5-12 years old. I have worked as a PE teacher for kindergarten through second grade, I taught STEAM to 1st- 4th graders, and I teach martial arts to 5-8 year olds. I love to teach children and spark their curiosity through hands on engaging activities. These activities include indoor and outdoor art, reading,science, exploring the great outdoors via a trip to the park or maybe even hike!
I am excited to meet your children and enrich their summer through wonderful adventures both inside and out! Music, art, swimming hiking, and gardening are just a few of my favorite things!
