The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe young children learn best through play, consistency, and meaningful relationships. Every diaper change, meal, story, and walk outside is an opportunity to build language, confidence, independence, and curiosity.
Rather than simply supervising children, I intentionally create experiences that encourage learning while allowing children to explore at their own pace. My goal is for your child to feel secure, joyful, and excited to discover something new every day

My experience with special needs children...
I have experience supporting children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. While living in Texas, I worked as a licensed Behavior Technician providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2–6. This experience strengthened my understanding of individualized learning, positive behavior support, communication strategies, and creating structured routines that help children succeed.
Throughout my career as an early childhood educator, I've learned that every child develops at their own pace. I enjoy partnering with families to provide patient, consistent, and nurturing care tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite parts of working with young children is watching their confidence grow through everyday moments. Whether it's hearing a baby's first word, watching a toddler proudly master a new skill, or seeing a child light up after discovering something new, those small milestones are what make this work so meaningful.
I love creating calm, predictable routines where children feel secure enough to explore, play, and learn. There's nothing more rewarding than building a trusting relationship with a child and their family and knowing I've helped create a safe, joyful environment where they can thrive.
