I would say the most important part of being a nanny is the position of being a role model and a mother figure. It’s big shoes to fill.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have quite a long list so I’ll list a few.
Two of my favorite memories was when I taught a 4 year old how to ride her bike with no training wheels. The excitement was unreal and I could tell how proud she was!
The other time was when I taught a 3 year old girl how to swim with no floatation devices. She loves the water as it was so teaching her made it easy but so fun and memorable!
I love the moments when I catch a child’s first steps or first words on video. I always try to catch special moments on video for the parents because sometimes they aren’t able to see for themselves at that specific time, so it’s a special moment when I do catch it and send it to them!
