I've volunteered a lot with children over the years. I got my start as a Jr helper in my churches nursery. Then I started babysitting, working at summer camps, nannying, and teaching at childrens acting workshops.

Being outdoors with kids is very important to me. I think there are a lot of great observations, learning moments, and fun experiences kids have when outside.
I also love to bring crafts for kids to do. Watching them get creative and turn the craft into something completely different is amazing. The sense of accomplishment and how proud of themselves they are afterwards is another great plus of this.

My younger sister is special needs so I've grown up in an environment where we learned how to accommodate and include her in every way. Additionally I nannied a little girl with tourettes for two years.
