My experience with special needs children...
My Sister was 28 when she passed but she had cerebral palsy was fully paralyzed deaf mute and g-tube feed and had a trach we would have to clean and care for and she had a med and feeding schedule she had to have diaper changes I know how to role someone with a cloth pad under then if they weigh more than me! I learned from my great aunt showing me who was a rn because it was her daughter!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was babysitting a 10 month old baby boy and well his brother I knew and he came to get him and he was like attached to me it was so cute eventually he went back with his bubba but he was adorable and all his babbles and laughs and playing peekaboo and teaching him how to sit up
