Aside from the past 8 years nannying for families full time, I have also worked at a home daycare and took care of up to 12 infants and toddlers there. As well as many many babysitting jobs going back 20 years.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Arts and crafts, dancing, singing, reading, exploring outdoors, walking, going to playgrounds, swimming, building with various toys/materials, general age appropriate playtime activities.

To me the most important part of being a nanny is nurturing the children, and always keeping their self esteem high. Letting them know that they are seen, heard, loved and valued little humans. And keeping them safe.

Oh boy there are so many moments I could talk about! Funny moments with potty training! Lol! This little girl especially would want to wear all of her jewelry while potty training in the nude. She looked like a little queen sitting upon her throne!
Also, the silly and off the wall dance parties we would have. They were the best! Sometimes even during mealtime.
Speaking of “off the wall”, some of the things that come out of their mouths are just too funny.
Not to mention helping them learning to talk, walk, ride bikes, try new food, dress themselves! All of the things.. love it all.
