Not only is supporting your children mentally (social skills, learning, goal meeting, communication, self-imagine, etc) and physically (basic needs) very important to me, but creating a bond is very important. I believe in order to effectively care for your child; there needs to be trust. The first thing I work on with every child I meet is them trusting me; it’s important for them to know they are safe in my care. Every child is very different and they all have different needs; I will focus on each child giving them the support they need individually.
