Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have had positions here in my home city of Charleston, South Carolina with children aged 2-11. I ensured I arrived promptly everyday. I enjoyed preparing healthy meals for the children, discussing our planned activities for the day at breakfast and setting off. I would ensure all dishes were washed and placed back in the cabinets and then proceed to make each of their beds/clean up from the night before. After all rooms were neat and clean I would get everyone dressed and ready to head out for the day. Next for the girls I would style their hair however they requested and comb the young boys. I tried to always ensure our daily trips were different, sometimes educational at museums or just plain old fun at the beach, I truly let the children decide. Around midday I would feed them prepared lunches I made that morning or purchase them meals. We would then head home for some reading time and then a nap. Of course this was not the schedule everyday, just most days!

 Adapt to any circumstance or situation to guarantee a positive outcome.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Creating lifelong memories with the children and taking them on fun adventures! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing their smiles and joy on our trips to the beaches, museums, parks, and outdoor excursions. I loved sharing photos of our adventures with parents throughout the day to keep them informed and provide peace of mind.
