"Ileana is a caring nanny with lots of experience with babies and young children. She brings a fun and familial attitude to her job, which was a major plus for both our baby and us the parents. She is very thorough in taking care of all aspects of caring for our child (everything from feeding, to cleaning and organizing, laundry etc) and goes the extra mile in making sure to complete all tasks. Our daughter warmed up to her immediately. Unfortunately, our personal circumstances changed and we have been forced to let Ileana go starting September 2022. She will be missed greatly by our daughter and ourselves. We are committed to helping her find a family that is as loving and caring to her as she has been to us. "Ileana has been an amazing nanny. She is loving and intuitive with the kids. She is great at reading their cues, even though they can't talk. The kiddos both love her, and run to her and give her hugs when she arrives in the morning.
She has been 100% reliable, always showed up to work early, was considerate of our needs and wishes for the kids. We host a nanny share in our house, as such she has always considerate of our space, and does a good job cleaning up the space after meals and at the end of the day.
Her english is very good, and has been working with the kids on their basic spanish.
Frankly I am sad to have to move on. I am sure Ileana will be a great fit for your family.
