The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important part is being compassionate and patient , as a mother myself I wouldn't trust many with my own so one thing I pride myself is to treat the child as my own . I feel motherhood has to be the hardest job there is . From my experience I would want someone with patience and to treat my kids as there own. Tender Love and Care is big for me as well. Positive Affirmations , building the child's self of self just by using kind words and encouragement I feel goes a long way ! (Tear)🥲
