My experience with special needs children...
I have minimal experience with special needs kids. I have previously worked direct services with adults with developmental disabilities and I do have some training on working with kiddos with special needs. It is not an area I have too much experience in but I am always open to it! I’d feel most confident in working with kiddos that have lower support needs. I have little to no experience working with medically complex kiddos but I am always open to learning.
