Hi! My name is Ireland, and I have over two years of experience working one-on-one with a special needs child. I also grew up helping care for my two younger siblings, both on the autism spectrum, one of whom is also type 1 diabetic. I’ve spent years helping my mom with her in-home daycare, and I still assist with two little ones she’s cared for since birth. Every summer, I’m a camp counselor at a diabetes camp, usually working with energetic and awesome 11-year-olds. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all kids!
