Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been a Early Childcare Education Teacher for three years now at a 5 star accredited NAECYE Childcare center called Penfield Children Center. I have worked with children with special needs and typically developing on a full spectrum of ages. I have worked with newborns up to 5 years old. I am CPR/First Aid trained, 20 hours of additional training a year, and learned so much with my time at Penfield.

I love to do things outdoor with children, but if we are indoor my go to is ART.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is engaging with the child and giving structure. Children learn so much through play and our interactions with them. To be a nanny is to honestly be a kid with them and get on their level. Structure is also important so they understand what is expected out of them.
