I have worked with kiddos that have been diagnosed with ADHD, and autism (in a classroom setting). When I worked as an early interventionist, I worked with kiddos that were 3 months to 3 years that are high risk, not meeting milestones, have Down Syndrome, have a Cleft Palate, and are deaf.

One summer I did a nanny share for two families, the kiddos had asked for a water fight so we got water guns and water balloons and I hosted a water fight. Creating core memories for these kiddos is what I aspire to do.
