A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Isabell Liljenquist! I graduated High School in 2020. I am the oldest of 6 kids, so as many mothers might know, the oldest is kind of the go-to babysitter. I have helped take care of kids and babysat for as long as i can remember. I love being adventurous and doing fun activities with the kids! I love love love babies! I can most definitely help with any homework needs, picking up or dropping off with school or extracurricular activities! I have 6 years of professional daycare, nannying, and child care experience. As well as I am also CPR certified, have completed an EMT course, have worked with many kids with autism, and as well have my food handler and I can definitely help make meals or feed the kids as well if that’s needed! I drive a new Toyota 4runner so very safe car for kids to travel in if a nanny car is not provided. I currently am doing a hair apprenticeship, so I am i my available more part time these days, preferably Monday Thurs-or-Friday and Saturday!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am the oldest of 6 children and love to babysit! I’ve grown up doing it and love to run around and have fun with the kiddos! I have done volunteer work many times with family and friends, and am very open to help drive kids to lessons, friends, sports, etc. I can also help with meals, cleaning, errands, and whatever else is wanted!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to go hiking, play board games, bake, do arts and crafts, swim, play sports, etc!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I want to make the kids feel safe and like they are in good hands! I’m always open to talking to them about their rough days and/or their good days! I want their needs to be met and for them to feel good about themselves and ready to thrive the next day!!

My experience with special needs children...

I have taken Peer Tutoring in highschool and absolutely LOVE and adore special needs children, I have a few special needs cousins who i absolutely adore and would love to give you an extra pair of helping hands!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love making the kids feel like they’re having the time of their lives and that they are getting all of their needs met! One of my favorite moments I remember nannying and i turned around to look in my backseat to both kids faces stuffed and messy with ice cream, and they said to me, WE LOVE YOU NANNY IZZY! It made me smile the rest of the day!
