Hi my name is Bella, 22 years old from Cornwall ON. I am a bit on the quiet side, I enjoy reading, drawing & music, I am described as a child at heart by my close friends & family. I would say my best qualities include being honest, kind, patient & observant. I am hoping to achieve a degree in child neuropsychology. I am very passionate about helping children & this is my dream job since high-school. I love being around children, I have experience babysitting at 14 years old, currently enrolled in Early Childhood Education program at my local college & experience working in a daycare setting with various aged children. I am able to be flexible with hours, help with homework, cooking, cleaning & I possess reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Keeping to the child’s schedule & listening to the families expectations is crucial for a healthy relationship with all parties involved. Being kind, compassionate, and patient with children is extremely important as they learn, adapt and develop at their own pace.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favourite memory is while working at a daycare I had been helping children with dress up & a child I had grew very close with told me they thought I was a princess because I helped sad children when they got hurt or upset. That has stayed with me ever since & gave me a sense of accomplishment for succeeding in being a positive role model for these children.
