The most important part about being a nanny...
I haven't been rlly a nanny but I have babysat for family and family events for a long time and I think just seeing the child having fun and being their selves. Just knowing you are helping a family out is the best thing. But the most important part is understanding that every kid is different and so is the family and getting to know the kid(s) and family well.
