Is seeing them get comfortable. most kids are shy and hide away when introduced to a new caretaker and once I know they start warming up to me thats when I let them open up and I start building on that. I get reactive and find what they like and try to keep them entertained

I cared for one autistic kid who came to my school. he wasnt bad by any means but was just to hyper and didnt understand the rules we had. My team did push for a school better for him and we contacted them many times because we couldnt get any understanding of each other. I strive to better my teaching since then
