My favorite nanny moment was when one of the little ones I cared for learned to ride their bike without training wheels. We had been practicing for weeks, and when they finally took off on their own, the look of pure joy (and proud little squeals) made my heart so full. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do celebrating milestones big and small.
