What matters to me as a nanny is to make my client feel safe and comfortable in their skin in general. I always make sure to adapt to unpredictable situations. Nannies may need to deal with challenging situations and behaviors sometimes but I am very patient. I also prepare meals and snacks for the children and have them be on a good nutrition. I respect my time as well, I follow instructions as I am told and keep children in a safe environment
