Is that the kids are enjoying whatever it is that we're doing. I never want them to be bored out of their minds. Even if it's making learning or their homework fun.
My experience with special needs children...
First of all my little brother is an autistic child. So to have to live with and care for him. I had to research and educate myself on his developmental disorder. I now know lots about it. As work experience, I've tutored and babysat someone with autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Memorable moments I've had with my kids are when they get excited to do something, whatever that something might be. Their faces light up and they get to jumping around. I adore it.
