I have several years of hands-on experience caring for children in different settings. I’ve volunteered at my church assisting with children’s programs, where I helped supervise and engage kids in activities and lessons. I also volunteered with special education students, supporting their learning and daily routines with patience and compassion. In addition, as the oldest sibling in my family, I’ve naturally taken on a nurturing and responsible role — helping with homework, daily care, and creating a positive, supportive environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with children of all ages and meet their needs with care, patience, and understanding.

I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities that keep children engaged, active, and creative. Indoors, I love doing arts and crafts, singing, reading together, playing board games (especially checkers!), helping with homework, and even teaching basic Spanish in fun, interactive ways. Outdoors, I enjoy playing sports, going for walks, spending time at the park, or organizing simple games that encourage teamwork and imagination. I also love simply talking with kids and listening to what’s on their mind — helping them feel heard, supported, and confident!
