I think the most important thing about being a nanny is seeing the kids as family. I think you should be able to take care of them and protect them through everything. You should want to see them and hear their cute laughs every day you should also be able to help the right way if they get hurt and try to calm them down and not freak out. The more calm, the more efficient you are.
