A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Jackey. I'm a kind, creative, and caring person born and raised in LA. I'm currently a student (fully online) aiming to get a profession in child education.

My childcare experience began in a daycare where I worked as the teacher assistant. Soon after I began working with private families in 2019 and still babysat for others on my free time. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have my own transportation and I am bilingual (Spanish). I'm comfortable with light housekeeping and light meal prep.

During my work hours I love being outdoors and spending my day at the park and the library for story time. I'm looking forward to finding a new loving family. I hope we connect soon.

I was a lead teacher at a daycare for 2.5 years.
I have been a nanny since 2019 and also have experience nanny sharing.
I was a teacher assistant at a private school in a kindergarten class.

I love walking to the park and enjoying a beautiful days outdoor. Story time and visits to the library are important to me to build language development and cognitive abilities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moments are when I share with parents their children's first steps, first words and new cognitive abilities they're accomplishing. Also when I finish working with a family and I come back to babysit, I get to see the babies I watched all grown up.
