My name is Jackie and I am a college graduate from the University of Hawaii, Hilo. Ive been nannying for years now (both on and off island). I've worked with a wide range of children and have experience with children who have special needs. My most recent job position was at a high school where I was substitute teaching. In my free time I love reading, hiking, paddle boarding, long boarding and traveling. Activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts, reading and playing games outside.

I was a wilderness therapy field guide for Pacific Quest. I helped lead adolescents in outdoor activities.

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids are having fun while also keeping them safe.

I have two past nannying positions where I assisted children who were on the autism spectrum. Both children were non verbal.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A favorite nanny memory I have, was when I took my kids "camping" in the back yard. We roasted marsh mellows, built a fort and watched movies on a projector.
