All through high school I worked babysitting gigs for neighborhood families. When I went to college, I transitioned to more education-based childcare roles. I was a Spanish teacher for elementary school kids, a high school math tutor, and I led a computer science coding club for kids age 7-12. I also partnered with the Boys and Girls Club to lead hands-on science experiments for a weekly science club. More recently, I volunteered as a youth soccer coach in Naples, Italy and over the past three months have been live-in nannying for an American/Guatemalan family with their first baby girl.
