I love going for walks and playing outdoors at parks I believe that letting children run and explore is the best way to have children ready and willing to learn and follow rules when in doors when caring for children it's equally important to have outdoor play and indoor play on a daily basis so they can be healthy mentally and physically.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for two of my own special needs children one premature and one with heart disease. I have also had my CNA certification and training which includes special needs children and adults.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a little girl whom I nannied who was very unique she had two different colored eyes and she was extremely self conscious about this and while I was caring for her and her brother I was able to help her realize and not just accept her unique and beautiful characteristic but she realized how much she loved that about herself and changed her perspective and it became the one thing she loved most. I love being able to see that change in little ones and being able to have a positive impact on children's lives and knowing how Important it is that children have that constant attention and have someone there when they need guidance.
