Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
One time my friend left me with her daughter that had down syndrome, the mother warned me that she is very nonverbal and doesn't like new people so I was calm with her. When I was taking care of her I was able to break her bubble in a few weeks and have her talking and even reading with me. When the mom came home she was surprised she was able to read a couple pages of a child's book.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love baking and cooking with kids, it's good to let kids join what your are doing. It might be frustrating but children learn how to cook so early and so easy it's amazing!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love learning and seeing kids smile, children are a gift, a miracle. I love playing with children and teaching them colors and words. Showing them the outside and different food. It's really calming to me.
My experience with special needs children...
I haven't really taken care of children with disabilities other then my friend with her daughter but I already explained how I was able to get the daughter bust her bubble and read even.
