Anything! I have students who love being read to, who encourage me to use my imagination in their games, some who want me to run laps with them, and some who simply enjoy talking. I love doing whatever makes the child happy.
My experience with special needs children...
I currently work with students with autism, many of whom are nonverbal and communicate through AAC devices. I have also worked with children with physical disabilities (also special needs), so I do have experience in helping children communicate, navigate wheelchairs, walk, and use the bathroom.
