My experience with special needs children...
I worked with a young boy who had autism. He had a very strict diet in which I prepared he meals and weekly bio feedback calls that I arranged. I had to keep him on a strict schedule and give him multiple different types of medications throughout the day. This job prepared me to be very detailed and organized.
