The most important part about being a nanny...
Is to me understanding the child I’m working with and adapting my methods depending on the particularities of each. Every child is different and the method that worked on everyone else might not for yours and it’s okay.
While following instructions such as napping schedule, doing chores or having time off the electronics I believe there is always a way to make it fun and stimulating.
