The most important part about being a nanny...

there was a time my nephew wanted to play outside on the hover board and i was teaching him how to go over cracks with out almost falling he then got to a point where he wanted to do it on his own so feeling like he could do it i stood back and allowed him to do so; he then fell and started crying. i picked him up and brought him back to the house. i told him that “it was ok and everything needs practice; believe it or not but superman fell off his hover board before and guess what he did. cleaned off his scratches and got back up. so how about should we try again?” he jumped up with excitement and was ready to try again; with all the safety equipment on him we started to try again.
