"Jake has worked in the RAC’s Kids Club for 1 1/2 years. Kids Club provides care for children while parents work out or run errands. Kids Club is opened to ages 6 weeks – 6 years old. Jake’s responsibilities are, but are not limited to: customer relations, data entry, working with children to develop their small and large motor skills, organizing and leading daily activities, housekeeping, feeding, and diaper changing. Also CPR and Epipen trained. Jake also helps with running camps in The Neighborhood area. The Neighborhood is a 35,000 square foot active play area for families, birthday parties, events and camps. Jake is an extremely hard worker who always looks to take a leadership role. Jake is very adept in conflict resolution. Jake is a team player who assists in the training and development of new staff and fills in for other staff whenever possible.
