for me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel seen, supported, and free to explore. it’s about building trust, being patient, and helping them grow while also giving families peace of mind that their kids are in caring hands.

i’ve worked with children with autism, as well as my own nieces who has down syndrome and another with learning difficulties. through these experiences, along with my RBT training, i’ve developed patience, adaptability, and creative strategies to support each child’s unique needs. i love finding ways to make learning and daily routines fun, engaging, and accessible for every child.
