More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have child care experience in several churches I have been a member of. I'm also currently working as a daycare teacher at Eastside Baptist Church in Roebuck, Alabama. I have experience with children from newborn to 6 year olds. I'm CPR and First Aid Certified which was required by the daycare, I attended classes here. I've got experience with children diagnosed with slight Autism also in my class here. No housekeeping, No meal preparation, only snacks for the children please. Will do play time with the children, this is a fun time with their toys, and outside activities if there are play areas in your home and weather permits. Fee is based on one child per family, if there are multiple children my fee will be adjusted accordingly. This fee is based on current nanny and babysitting fees charged.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
At the daycare I'm currently take the children outside and play with them on the playground where there are swings and rocking horses, we also play indoors in the gym where its free play time with toys or they run during play time as well. Indoors we play with puzzles, color papers, do crafts, and there are toys for the children to play with.

Interaction with the children, listening to them, taking care of their needs. Showing the children that you care about them. Keeping their attention through fun activities.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a couple of children in my class that are special needs children, they have been diagnosed with slight autism, but are able to communicate and play well with the other children.

Every day is different when in a class room setting, or if you're a nanny or babysitter for a couple with children in a private home, each have different personalities. I enjoy the interaction with the children when we have Bible story time, I try to encourage them to ask questions and share experiences they've had. What their likes and dislikes are, and to tell what fun things they like to do.
