My experience with special needs children...
I am incredibly passionate about working with children with support needs. I am currently an after school nanny for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am also an Instructional Aide in a K/1 Special Day Class. I was a Support Teacher in a preschool program which was an inclusive setting for children with disabilities learning alongside typically developing children. I also am an occasional caretaker for a family with a child who is a Little Person.
