Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I used to be a full-time nanny for a family that had a 5 month old baby. I worked with them for around 2.5 years prior to leaving for college. Additionally, during this time, I was a tutor and occasional babysitter for babies who were just a few months old all the way up to high school students. Recently, I worked at an accredited daycare with babies aged 5 months to 12 months. I took care of up to 8 babies at a time with a co-teacher. Some of my responsibilities were to keep a consistent feeding schedule, nap schedule, change diapers routinely, and help develop babies who were learning to walk to move up to the next class level.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to explore and find new activities to do with the kids I watch. I love the pool in the summer and doing arts and crafts activities inside for colder months.
