I love getting creative with kids—whether we’re doing arts and crafts, making up silly stories, or dancing around to music. I enjoy reading books out loud and turning them into little adventures, and I’m always up for a puzzle or board game. With younger ones, I like doing simple sensory activities or just playing with blocks and toys in a fun, safe way. If the weather’s nice, I’m all about getting outside for some fresh air and playground time. I also don’t mind helping with homework and turning learning into something fun and stress-free. And when it’s snack time, I think making simple treats together is such a cute way to bond!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving space where a child feels seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. It’s not just about watching them, it’s about being someone they can trust, laugh with, and feel calm around. Every kid is different, so it’s also important to really tune in to their personality, needs, and routines. Whether they need structure, silliness, a confidence boost, or just someone who listens, I think being a good nanny means showing up with patience, empathy, and heart every single time.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve spent a lot of time helping care for my two autistic cousins, which taught me how important patience, routine, and clear communication are. I was shown how to support their specific needs, whether it was creating a calm environment, using visual cues, or finding activities that felt safe and enjoyable for them. That experience helped me become more understanding, attentive, and flexible in how I care for all kids.
