One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child accomplish something they had been working hard on, whether it was learning to read, riding a bike, or gaining confidence in a new skill. Seeing their excitement and pride, and knowing I was able to encourage and support them along the way, was incredibly rewarding. Moments like these remind me how meaningful it is to be a positive, dependable presence in a child's life.
