Hi! My name is Janiah, I’m 18 years old and currently a nursing student. I’ve always had a natural love for caring for others, especially children, which is a big part of why I chose to go into healthcare.

I come from a family where I’ve helped care for my two younger siblings and little cousins, so being around kids has always been a part of my life. That experience really helped me grow patience, understanding, and the ability to stay calm and attentive in different situations.

Along with that, I’ve worked as a paraprofessional with children of all ages, where I supported their learning, communication, and daily routines. I’ve also done volunteer work during high school, which helped me become more responsible and dependable.
