I have been a nanny since I was 17 years old. My first job was watching twins with mental disabilities. Then I watched a toddler after the twins started going to school. After I watched the toddler I was a live in nanny who cared for a 7 year old and 10 year old. And my most recent job was caring for another toddler until she started going to preshcool.

Outside play, inside play, education play, anything to encourage the imagination and to grow their knowledge.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Taking care of the children I'm trusted with like they were my own. I want to make sure to encourage them emotionally and physically and educationally to grow.
My experience with special needs children...
preschool. First job was with twins who were 4 months premature. This caused them to have different degrees of mental disabilities. It was more present in one of the twins than the other. It was an important experience with me because it helped me be able to care for children with down syndrome.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is always when the kids care for me and love me like family. Me being able to make them feel happy and have fun with me is always my favorite moment in any job I have. I sincerely care for every child I care for, so I do everything I can to make sure they are around a positive influence and build them up and make then feel good about themselves.

Hello My Name is Lynnya, I've worked with children for about a year now with being paid. At the age of 5 I used to help my Uncle with his first two children, helping him taught me how to change diapers, feed a baby properly, meal prep, playtime and putting the baby down for rest. I've worked at College Nannies and Tutors for a year! At that job I've had different assignments with many different age groups from age 0-11 months & 4-10 years old. My daily routine with the age group of 0-11 months would be staying on a set schedule like feeding every two hours and having playtime for about 30 minutes after feeding to let the food settle before a nap. What I would do for the 30 minutes of playtime would normally be going for a walk (with parents permission first) or playing with toys while listening to Lullabies. After that the it would be time for a nap, at that age group some of the kids I've watched would sleep for about a good two hours nothing more then that. But as they're asleep that's when I would do study house work as needed from the parents. Well enough about my experiences my availability is very much open, and I really hope I met all the requirements you were looking for!
