I grew up taking care of many children, I have siblings and family members that were dependable on me to help raise and bring a certain motherly dynamic to the family. I have helped raise and been a “co-parent” to my god daughters, from when they were newborn and 1 year old until they were 2 and 3 years old.
I helped my aunt raise her children, she has two boys, and she was a single parent, so I lived with her and helped her out in my early adult years from 18-21.
And then my nannying days when I was younger, I would stay at their house in the summer and be like a “live in” while doing house work!
I also used to work at a daycare in all age groups!
