To me the most important part is insuring the safety and health of the child/children I am nannying for. While that’s just the overall importance, it means a lot to me to make sure they still have fun and never get bored!
My experience with special needs children...
My youngest brother has non-verbal Down Syndrome and for the 11 years he’s been alive my communication skills have only improved. Wether or not your child/children are non-verbal I am happy to learn about them and how they communicate.
