My experience with special needs children...
I worked at a camp called camp summit, which is a camp that adapts its activities to be accessible to everyone to focus on the campers abilities rather than their disabilities. We had all age groups throughout the summer, from 6-77. We provided help with activities of daily living, g tube feeding and cleaning, assurance with bathing and toileting, and we led activities like fishing, zip lining, arts and crafts, and music and dance. We had children with different needs.
