"Jayne is by the best nanny out there. She is very knowledgeable and patient. When we first hired Jayne it was to care for our severely neglected and troubled three year old foster son. At the time he had a diagnosis of Autism as well and did not know how to talk. We were new to the “parent” roll, just learning as we went. Jayne was very patient with him and us. She taught us different ways to manage his behaviors and bring him out of tantrums (that could last over an hour at times). The first time we hired her she did a lot for our foster son, she worked with him on various therapy regimens (occupational and speech). They worked on flash cards, preschool work books and went on walks. She cooked him lunch most days (she is a fantastic cook!). I do not know what we would have done if we wouldn’t have found her! She is definitely a blessing! We would have kept her on longer, but a spot opened for him at a behavioral therapy facility where he would attend instead of attending a day care."
